Beat Busyness Challenge - Week 3
Many of us pull out our calendars on Sunday evenings and begin frantically filling in each day with all the mandatory things for each day of the week. I do this. I fill in each day with each class I am teaching and each client I am seeing, work projects that need attention. Then on the right hand side of each day I list out the other things that need to get done on that particular day - phone calls, emails, appointments to make, bills to pay, blah, blah, blah. Also, at the very top of the week I list three to four bigger To Do items that I want to accomplish that week. Before I know it I have filled in a lot of space. We all know, also, that as the days progress there will be other things to be added each day. Those darn family members or work people always seem to want or need something else, right???Before long your calendar may look something like this.
