I don’t believe in diets, fads or the latest trends. I believe in helping you create small healthy habits that become a part of your lifestyle and set you up for success for the long haul.
I am all about your health and finding ways to help you feel your best. If you are looking for a weight loss program, a new diet or a quick fix then I’m not your girl.
My job as your coach is to find the best ways for you to feel your best, right where you are, in whatever season of life you are in and with whatever plates you have spinning or with whatever life throws your way.
We are all different with different bodies, situations, backgrounds, and stories. Personally, the habits and lifestyle I created that worked in my 30’s are different from the ones that felt good in my 40’s. Now that I am in my 50’s, an empty nester, with a totally different situation, life demands and stressors, my habits have also changed.
It can all seem so confusing, can’t it? Finding what works in these new seasons of life can feel daunting and frustrating, but it doesn’t have to.
My job is to help you find your healthiest and happiest self where you are right now. I’ll also add a little resilience, purpose and a lot of joyfulness.
No gimmicks, no fast track to fitness, or crazy fixes. I help you create a lifestyle that fits you.
