Refresh and Reboot Shopping List - getting ready for Monday!

Having the right foods on hand is the number one way to have success on this or any other program designed to help you eat healthy.  We all know what it's like to let our blood sugar drop far too low so that we are starving, maybe a little weak with hunger or all out  HANGRY.  You have to have the right foods in the pantry and fridge that are easy, accessible and filling.  Get out your pen and paper and make out your grocery list, or cut and paste this list, print and stick in your purse for your trip to the grocery!If you missed the post introducing my Refresh & Reboot Program that begins on MONDAY, check out the Refresh & Reboot Page.Refresh and Reboot on Marle-Deen Fit, marladeenfit.comREFRESH AND REBOOT GROCERY LISTWhey protein powder or egg white protein powderdried quinoaextra virgin olive oil or coconut oilbottle vinegar of your choice (to mix with olive oil for salads)Green tea or coffeeLemons  (for lots of lemon water!
