REFRESH & REBOOT . . .BEGINS JUNE 1!
Ahhhhh, the start of summer . . . the crazy month of May is drawing to a close. The Memorial Day Weekend is over, as are the celebrations, food, desserts, drinks, and all the fun overindulgences. If you are looking for a way to start your summer off in a healthy way, get yourself back on track, feeling "refreshed & rebooted" to your feel good, best self . . . it's here! Join me beginning next week - June 1 - for a week of health. A shopping list to fill your fridge and pantry, tips, encouragement and workouts to slip into your day.
