30 Minutes! New workout

Hey ya'll,First of all, let me say thank you for so many lovely, uplifting and encouraging comments on my last sappy post.  Ya'll are the best - especially when I'm sharing the things that really make me hesitate before hitting that "Publish" button.Sharing a 30 minute full body workout with you today.  You'll need a set of dumbbells (optional of course!) and a mat - and yourself, that's it.  This is a quick one that hits all the right spots!  There is some jumping so if that's not your thing just modify.  I only ask you get out of your comfort zone!  Make yourself a bit breathless - it's good for you!If you want more, run through it again for a longer workout - or pop up to VIDEOS and add in the ARMS AND ABS workout posted earlier.I'm working on more quick and accessible workouts for you to have and enjoy right at your fingertips!  We can't let this darn pandemic uproot everything.  Let's take this time and make it work for us rather than against us in our wellness and wellbeing.[embed]https://vimeo.com/450661420[/embed]I hope  you set aside time this week to give this one a try.  I am CERTAIN you can carve out 30 minutes for YOU! you are definitely worth it.Let me know if you try AND what other type of workouts, videos and content you'd like for your own fitness routine.  I really miss so many of the faces, friends and connections I have through fitness.  This is my next best thing!
