Time for some Quarantine Yoga

I'm here checking in with you all!  My last post I asked about your thoughts and how you are doing mentally with all of the shifts and changes.  I hope you are staying aware, present and taking care of all parts of you.This brings me to our workout today.  Today I'm bringing a little yoga flow into your home.  We added weights today to add more strength, but that is totally optional.  Take this time to focus on your body, how it moves, where you may be holding the stress of these uncertain, long days.  Pay attention to where you have kinks, tightness and unbalances.  This will be a great addition to your home workouts.  I am hearing from some of you that you are doing these workouts, using them to stay strong or even using these workouts and your extra time to exercise more than usual!  All of that makes me soooo happy!  Let me know what else you would like to see!
