Peanut Butter Energy Balls . . . with a review
I haven't posted a review in quite some time. However, when I was asked by Hampton Farms if I wanted to try their products I had to say, "Yes!". I love peanut butter about as much as I love my dog, and if you know me, you know that's a whole bunch. In fact, I don't just love peanut butter, I love most any nut or anything including nuts.If you follow me on instagram you may have seen all the goodness that came in the mail from Hampton Farms. It was a glorious collection of different peanut butters and so many nuts that my house can enjoy everything from Honey Roasted cashews to Siracha peanuts, just to name a few. Check out all the choices! And here are the peanut butter options. I'm partial to crunchy so loved seeing that in the box.You can find Hampton Farms nuts, nut butters and gourmet nuts in most of your grocery stores. Check out their story, mission, where to buy and all other information HERE.Since I had all this great stuff I thought the least I could do was come up with something yummy to make. So, I got up early this morning and whipped up a batch of Peanut Butter Energy Balls. They took NO time at all, I promise. I had them made and waiting in the fridge when the Third Son came back from his morning football workout. He told me they were much better than the last ones I made. (sigh) I take that as a good sign. So, here you go. . .
