Memorial Day Made Easy!

Summer is Here!!  Memorial Day weekend is the official kick-off to summer - and a big celebration weekend for lots of folks.  It's a wonderful long weekend spent around the pool, lake, beach, barbecues, and parties.This always means lots of food around.  Lots of options for not so great choices, high-calorie foods, and opportunities for overindulgences in food and drink.  I'm not being a Debbie Downer here.  My whole philosophy is to celebrate life, celebrate with friends and family, and celebrations with food, but you can still celebrate and keep things in balance.  I love food, the preparation, planning, sharing and enjoying it.  All of it.  I'll never say to avoid your favorite treat from here on out.  Who wants to live life like that?I would love to teach you to create your own healthy balanced lifestyle so you can dive right into this or any other weekend without overdoing it, and with joy, confidence and freedom.Whether you are preparing a spread for a crowd, taking something to a gathering or preparing for your family, I have some wonderful, delicious recipes to share with you!
