The WHEN YOU CAN'T GET TO THE GYM Workout!
I've not posted a workout in quite a while. With Monday being a holiday schools are closed as are many gyms. With children at home and lots of workout facilities taking the day off, it might sound like the perfect excuse to skip a workout. Not so! Both of my gyms and classes have been cancelled for Monday. I made up this At Home WORKOUT for my Bootcamp class and thought I'd share it here. Of course, you don't have to wait until Monday to give it a try . . . Saturday and Sunday are also available. Ha.If you have dumbbells get them out and ready, and if not, your body weight is also effective. So turn on the music or workout to Kelly and Michael. . . Just keep moving! 20 Reps is the magic number. Do each move 20 times. Rest 1 Minute between each set. Repeat 2 - 3 times or as often as you have the time and energy!1. Squat with Overhead Press2. Jumping Jacks3. Plank Rows4. Mountain Climbers5. Plie' Squat with Rows6. Plie' Jumps7. Reverse Lunge with Bicep Curls8. High Knees9. Tricep Pushups10. Burpees!11. 1 Minute Plank!REPEAT and STRETCH!There you have it! Here is your At Home Holiday, Snow Day, Can't Get to the Gym Workout!Let me know that you DID IT and what you think!
