This is a program designed for YOU. It is for you to use to feel lighter, more fit and stronger. You are not here to get skinny, that is not the goal. The goal is to eat well, move well and to live well each and every day. This is my virtual plan to help you REFRESH AND REBOOT your health, your nutrition and your mindset. If that sounds all good to you, then let’s get going!
While I have a certification as holistic nutritionist, I am not a registered dietician or a doctor and I am not pretending to be. I am here to offer healthy options that have worked for me and others. I am simply here to be your cheerleader and remind you of all the healthy, delicious, whole food options. Most of you know what the healthy foods are to eat. However, sometimes we simply get off track and need a reboot. That is where this program comes in. This is YOUR reminder to make healthy choices – to choose real foods for your real body.
I am all about moving and using the body that we have been gifted with. This program will give you options to try, to incorporate into your day and your week. Through videos, workouts, reminders and motivation I want you to move more, be strong and fit for the life that you live. You will add movement and exercise consistent with your personal level and goals. Just promise me you will move some every day.
This program is for YOU – to follow as you will. You can follow it to the very letter or pick and choose your options and what works best for you. However, as with anything, the more you put in, the more consistent you are, the more you get in return!
It is my hope that you end the program Refreshed and Rebooted to your healthy habits and lifestyle.
Refresh and Reboot is NOT:
a short term or quick fix
an easy way out
a strict program with complicated steps, time consuming recipes and complicated workouts
THIS IS YOUR PROGRAM. You can follow this program, and I’ll be right there with you, for 7 days, 14 days or, optimally, 28 days. The longer you follow, the more info and motivation you get from me!
I will be providing shopping lists, sample meal plans, recipe ideas, links to articles, workouts and links to workouts you can do at home.
This is what makes the Refresh and Reboot Program unique. You will get unlimited email access to me a closed FACEBOOK GROUP for information and communication. You can interact with me and the group through the Refresh & Reboot Facebook Page. I want you to succeed so I’ll be offering encouragement and cheering you on the whole time.

At the end of Week 4 you’ll have accomplished 28 Days of the Refresh and Reboot Program and you’ll be feeling refreshed, healthier, lighter and stronger.
