Here it is! I’m so glad you are here. I’ve been thinking of ways to bounce back to habits, create new habits and goals and how to create a simple plan to get it done.
This will be your 5 Step Plan that works Every Single Time. You can use these 5 nuggets any time you have a new goal or a new habit you want to establish or create. They will be ready for you whether:
- you are heading in the direction of health, fitness, work, family, personal development, study or career, or any other thing.
- it is something small or
- a great, big dream or goal
It only takes these 5 Nuggets. Plus consistency, accountability, some mindset and you.
That is why we will do this together, step by step, over the next 30 days.
Right now I need you to do only 3 things.
- Print out the PDF linked below.
- Go to Page 3. Put some thought into it. Fill it out. Put is somewhere you will see it every single day. I know this sounds corny, and maybe a little like you are back in high school, but this is how to stay focused and reminded. Goofy but effective.
- Start Week 1.
