I’m a big believer in having a challenge, something to work toward. I’m also a big believer in the power of habits. I’ve done a number of challenges in this space throughout the years, but it’s been a while. I think it might be a good time to do a little check in with where we are now, as we begin to dip our toes into stepping back out into the world and into living our lives more.
I’m looking to getting back to some of my own good habits that I have been put in the back corner of the closet during the past few months. The best way for me (or anyone, I think) to create a new habit or make a change is to have a PLAN, begin with ONE small thing, and have ACCOUNTABILITY.
That’s exactly what we are going to do here over the next month. I have a plan made just for you to begin. This will be your roadmap to create something good just for you. We will do this together and I’ll be here going through these steps along with you.
I’ve broken down the steps for simple, but staying, ways to create change and create a habit that will stick. If you join me on this Create the Change Challenge, you’ll have the plan and tools to use any time for anything, in the future.
