I am so NOT a fan of the time change! Never have been and especially now with being home more I think it’s even MORE important to get outside and do all we can for our mental health and wellbeing. Endorphins are key these days, people. We need to get them where we can and when we can.
So, this is a little bit of shameless marketing here. I just did two of my own workouts – yes, it is a little weird to follow one’s self, but we are all doing things these days we would never have imagined, right? Anyway, two 30 minute workouts was just what I needed to get going on my weekend morning.
