Here you go! A workout for your week. Add this in one day to make it a little different if you are feeling a bit like Ground Hog Day. Grab your dumbells and a band if you have it . . . whatever you have for your quarantine workouts! The point is to move, get out of your comfort zone a bit and think about how you are moving and activate those muscles.
