It’s been a bit since I’ve shared a video. I’ve gotten a few messages about shorter, 3o minute workouts workouts lately. To be honest, I’ve been doing shorter workouts myself. I find that I can be more intentional, focused and not waste time piddling or chatting since I’m doing home workouts. While I do miss the group and energy and connection, I want us all to do the best we can to continue to make the best of the situation we are all in. So. . .
Here you go. This is a messy, real time workout I did one day this week, and decided, “What the heck – I’ll just record as I go!”
Which, by the way, is my favorite way to share workout videos with you all. If I actually planned it, got dressed and “made up” for it, I would
a. never get it done
b. be far too self-conscience to actually post it.
c. Feel fake, staged and would not have any fun.
So, in my normal, not fancy, poor lighting, no make-up, way, I’m sharing a 30 minute arms and abs from the week. (background noise and dogs included (: )
