It has been a week around here, right? Even in this slower, quarantined life it is still life and it just keeps coming. And coming.
And now many businesses are opening their doors and slowly trying to get back into business and back into life. While I am thrilled for businesses I am personally not jumping back into life as we knew it at a breakneck speed. It has been stressful enough going to the grocery store, so dealing with more right now isn’t something I’m quite ready for.
Gyms are opening, restaurants, and other stores. I appreciate the special protocols and safety measures that are being put in place. I want this to be a successful phase and I think it’s up to each of us to be smart. I am having a hard time looking forward to what we will be doing in one month. How will things look in two months? For someone that has always been a “planner” and needs to know what is around the corner, this has been an exercise in patience and re-wiring my brain. To be honest I’m feeling like I’m floundering a little. How do you feel about phase one openings? Are you jumping right in?
As part of many gym openings, we are required to bring our own mats. Well, guess what? I’m here for you! You can get a fresh, new MD Mat delivered right to your door – no need to put on a mask, socially distance in the check out line or even leave your house. ALSO, this mat gives you a little extra cushion just where you might need it. . . . Shameless plug right here(;
Go ahead and Order right Here!
Now that you have your new mat let’s tackle a fun workout that focuses on your mobility and flexibility plus a bonus of CORE!
Of course, I always love your feedback. I even had great encouragement from my videos in the grocery parking lot today. Truly makes my day!
I continue to enjoy these, MD–THANK YOU!! So nice to have them available when I have a break in my day. I sure hope y’all are well!
I am prob going to make everyone angry; however, I do not wear a mask. Oh sure when I walk into a store that requires it (Costco this morning) as soon as I am out of Big Brothers eyes, my mask is off. I flew from ATL to SFO and back May 17-21 and the kids and I ATL to Phoenix May 22-June 3. As soon as I sat in my seat the mask was off (kids too). I feel like COVID 19 has made the USA crazy and there is so much fear and anxiety and unrest people are acting crazy. It makes me so sad to think of all the businesses that won’t ever open their doors and all of the people who lost their jobs and can’t feed there families. The news sure does a great job of instilling fear on most people. Thank goodness I have quite a few friends who feel exactly like me, so I have been able to hang out in person with other people this entire time or else I would definitely be losing my mind. OK y’all don’t hate me please…
