Hi! I’m back with another workout for your home collection! This one is a little bit of everything, working different muscle groups all at once. My fav way to strength train! We used all the fun “toys” here, but please improvise. Where I use a strap, you can use a towel. Where I use a Pilates ball you can use a pillow. Some folks are substituting stretchy leggings tied in a circle for bands. Whatever works for you and what you have available! The point is to keep moving and challenging ourselves.
