Hey ya’ll. How’s your week looking? More importantly, you are you? And even more importantly, how are your thoughts and your mental health? It’s SO important to do all of the things we are being told to do and we know to do for our, and our loved ones’, physical health, but I also worry about how you are taking care of your mental health, your thoughts and how you handle your feelings during what is such a stressful and anxiety-ridden time.
I hope you are doing all you can to create the time and space to take care of that part of your health.
One of the MOST important things you can do for your mental health is. . . .you knew I was going to say it, exercise. Yep. Get moving. Release some of those feel good hormones. If you can do it outside and get some Vitamin D and sunshine, all the better.
Here is your third workout in our Socially Distancing Workout Series. I think I better stop numbering them because it might just get ridiculous! I typically ask for requests for the workout, so if you have something just let me know and I’ll be sure to throw it in! I did a great yoga flow one day last week that felt SO, SO good. Unfortunately, I did not record, but if you are interested in that just let me know.
