I haven’t talked about fitness or workouts here in quite some time. Since our normal routines are completely disrupted during this time of staying home, we are all having to be more intentional and creative with reinventing our exercise routines – especially if you, like me, love a good old fashioned group fitness class. I miss everything about going to the gym: the people, comrarderie with others, group classes, the energy, and yes, even the smell.
Thank heavens for technology because there is SO much out there to find on the internet and social media. You can find those tried and true YouTube fitness folks and most of the clubs, studios and gyms are now live streaming your favorite workouts. What a blessing for those of us stuck at home AND for the instructors who so miss doing “what they do”.
I did not think of daring to get in that mix with the “real people” on YouTube that do this so seamlessly, perfectly and professionally, but a friend asked me about sharing some workouts, so. . .
Here is an unedited, not fancy, real time, no special lighting, make up or cool music, outdoor workout you can do ANYWHERE!
