In the program you are going to learn how to control the carbs you eat between high days and low days and match workouts to fit those particular days. Tracking your carbs and the healthy proteins and healthy fats you are eating help you burn fat when exercising, give you the energy you need to feel your best and help you learn how to create a lifestyle that fits you. My goal is for folks to learn to listen to their bodies, eat intuitively, rest when needed and create time to do things that help you find your own balance.
Here’s the thing. I am beginning this program on Monday whether I have three clients or twenty-three! I’ll be honest . . .I have let things slide lately. I have been all over the board and not focused on the things that make me feel my best, fed myself intuitively and made enough time to feel that balance that is so important. I know this program works because it has been what has worked for me. It has worked for others. However, like anything, you have to actually do the things. Whether your focus is nutrition, fitness or feeding your heart, it is up to you to make the choice to follow through. Be committed. Lean on the accountability. It’s all here.
