I do NOT believe in going on diets. If you have spent any time on this site, checking out my programs or philosophy you know that. I want folks to live a Non-diet life that lets them live their lives and love their healthy balanced lifestyle. You can eat, drink and be merry and STILL love your healthy habits! That being said, I encourage and inspire clients to learn how to do that for themselves because we are ALL different and have different backgrounds, schedules, lifestyles, routines, health issues, etc. So, when I am asked by clients to “just tell them what to eat” I hesitate. Setting out a planned meal schedule can feel like a diet and takes away the spontaneity that life throws our way.
However, I DO know how overwhelming it can be to plan, create and execute on doing all the things to have healthy foods and meals for yourself and your family. For this reason I’ve created quarterly Seasonal Mindful Meal Plans to help you with this sometimes daunting but so, so important task.
