We all have reasons for not wanting to work out. It’s too cold outside. I don’t have time. I don’t know what to do. It will hurt. It’s too hard. My dog has a cold . . . We have heard it all.
This is such a common battle for every single person at some time or another. We ALL have times when we just don’t feel like it or aren’t motivated. Even those of us who actually love exercising and sweating, there are always days that seem too busy, we see too tired or we seem to be in a rut.
