BEACH WORKOUT

I intended to share today about being on vacation and finding a yoga studio.  I was so proud of myself for thinking ahead,  finding a place, putting it on my schedule and having a new place to experience.  I love trying new classes, instructors,  and studios when I can.  However, when I dug through my suitcase this morning I realized I’d forgotten yoga pants.  I distinctly remember putting them on my bed, but somehow they didn’t make it into my suitcase.  Sigh.  And since I’m not one to share my fanny with the world in three legged dog, I went to Plan B.  I trotted down to the beach and made it my workout spot for the day.

Since it’s already hot as blazes on the beach I’m trying to cool down to share the workout!  If you are on vacation, traveling or looking for a quick interval workout, check it out.

The plan is simple, your workout is timed to songs on your playlist.  I’ve posted the major moves I did to each song.  When I actually did it this morning I did add some variations which I’ll share here.

Cool Down

Here is the playlist I used – feel free to follow!  I skipped a few songs at the end so I sprinted to an oldie, “Friday I’m in Love” and cooled down to “Hallelujah”, one of my favorites.  I love it when my music times itself so perfectly!

Enjoy Your Day!
