We are just beginning our Month of Motivation Challenge. I hope you did your grocery shopping and food prep to start the week off smoothly! Being organized is the key here. It is when there is nothing healthy ready to go in the kitchen that we fall to those unhealthy choices. Throughout the week and the whole month try to keep up with the grocery and food prep part of the Challenge. If you get that part done you are about 90% foolproof to succeed!
As promised, I have Workout #1 for you today. If you have your own workouts planned that’s awesome! This is just for those of you who may be looking for a little something extra, a new idea, something you can do at home or at the gym or simply want to be motivated by someone else telling you what to do.
I considered making a video to go along, but feel like this one is pretty self-explanatory. If you have ANY questions please let me know! As with the menu guide, follow as closely or as loosely as you like. As long as you are doing something, staying motivated and getting out of your own comfort zone you will feel the results!
If you are following at home grab a pair of 3, 5 or 8 lb dumbells. If you don’t have dumbells I know you have some water bottles that would work nicely!
You can do this workout 2-3 times this week. Keep track of what you are doing. You can note what works and doesn’t work. Let me know what you think!
Enjoy Your Day!
