Okay, here we go! It’s the beginning of a new month and time for a little Motivation. I don’t know about you, but some of my healthy ways have fallen to the way side with busyness, meetings, school events, a bit of stress, and, just life. Soooooo, I am challenging myself and those of you who are wanting to jump in, to get back in the healthy groove! It’s going to be a great month! We are going to share some great workouts, motivational and health tips, as well as some workouts that you can do or watch for inspiration to add to your own!
I am excited and hope you are too! Follow as closely as you like or as loosely, as long as you are making good, healthy choices, you are a star. I have an entire month of healthy foods set out for you. However, use this monthly menu as a guide for your own personal month. I have good, nutritional options here with a lot of opportunities for you to make your OWN choices. This is real life and the point of living a healthy lifestyle is that it is a lifestyle, and not a diet!
The first thing to do to begin the month is to get shopping to get your food prepped and ready! So, here is your list . . .

I call this a guide because you can follow it as closely or use it as inspiration for your month. If you are really diving in I would encourage you to print it out and keep track of your foods, water and workouts! I also included a little inspirational verse that offers motivation for your spirit. I would love for you to take this month to take care of yourself inside and out, nutritionally, physically and mentally – basically, A Whole Package of Health!
P.S. Notice my hand drawn guide! I couldn’t get one just right on my computer so came up with my own! I’d love some tips on this for you tech savvy folks!
