We are in week two of our new year and attempts to start fresh with new goals, habits, or resolutions for 2017. So, are you still excited? Still goal oriented? Still practicing what you set out to do? Eating healthy? Getting to the gym? Getting rest? Hopefully, you can say yes. Hopefully, you are not one of the statistics that begin giving up and then slowly forget about even attempting to begin a new habit!
Tarryn Hoff, also known as Tarryn the Traveling Trainer, recently contacted me about a second skype interview. (If you missed the first interview you can see it HERE) He asked if we could talk about staying motivated with New Year resolutions. Obviously, that is something I’d love to address! We had a great time going over some of the statistics for those beginning or sticking to a fitness program, and we covered some of the main reasons folks “fall off the fitness wagon” and some ideas to keep folks motivated and on a continual journey to health and fitness.
