We are back at another week in December! I’m betting your calendar is filling up, the parties are starting and your list is growing. That’s okay. Remember to take a breath and enjoy it all. I’ve got your second workout here to help you through. This one is SUPER QUICK, EFFECIENT and requires NO equipment! DON’T TELL ME YOU DON’T HAVE 30 MINUTES TO MOVE YOUR BODY DURING THIS WEEK! Even if you have to break it up into 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes during lunch – that’s okay! You and your body will thank you for getting some movement in, getting your endorphins going and using a little muscle!
Take it from me – I didn’t really feel like working out today or teaching my classes. And it wasn’t a physical thing. It was a mood thing. I just wasn’t in the mood. I’ll be honest and say I might have been getting a touch of those Christmas blues some folks get this time of year. I’ll be honest again and tell you that working up a sweat, moving my body and making myself get out of that “blueness” was the best thing for me. Exercise is often the very best medicine! So, whatever might be stopping you from your workout today – don’t let it. You will finish feeling stronger inside and out.
All that being said, here’s your simple and uncomplicated workout for the week!
