How are you doing on Day 3? Are you feeling good? Energized and motivated by your good food choices? Day 3 can always be the hump day of starting off a new week of habits – regardless of what they are. Don’t let this day get to you. Tackle it! Think of some time to sit and take a breather. Do something for yourself today. It will keep you motivated and strong! Stay with it . . . You’ll be SO happy at the end of the week to see what you have accomplished. Remember, any good change is change. It doesn’t have to be huge and momentous. It just has to be authentic and for your best.
Here are my tips for the day.
WRITE IT DOWN! What are you eating? How are you moving and getting in some exercise today? WRITE IT DOWN! Whether you are getting in a run (Today is National Running Day!!), whether you are swimming with your kids, taking your dog for a walk, making it to Spin class or just taking the stairs instead of the elevator . . . WRITE IT DOWN! Keep yourself accountable!
