Here we are at Day 2 Refreshing & Rebooting our habits.  How was day 1?  I hope you filled yourself with lots of fresh foods, water, kept track of what you are eating and got in some good protein.

The second piece of the puzzle is the movement.  Getting off the couch, away from the desk and computer is crucial for your health and habits.  I’m not saying you should set out to run 5 miles today if you haven’t even been walking.  I’m just saying DO SOMETHING.  Strive for 30 minutes.  Work your way up to more.  Also, try to add in some body weight work, resistance or strength training.  This is crucial for your overall health and for keeping your metabolism going throughout the day.  Everyone has their own fitness level, so I am encouraging you to take yours to the next level.  Do something different, mix it up to keep your body and muscles confused.

Short on time today?  Need to get a little movement in but not sure what to do?  Want to change things up from your normal treadmill routine or elliptical?

Remember, it’s all about change, switching things up and keeping your body surprised and guessing.  Here’s a workout you can do anytime and anywhere.  Just step away from the computer, get off the couch and go!  Take this as inspiration.  You can follow it to a tee or do what you can.  As long as you are moving, you are moving forward.Refresh and Reboot on Marle-Deen Fit, marladeenfit.com
