Having the right foods on hand is the number one way to have success on this or any other program designed to help you eat healthy.  We all know what it’s like to let our blood sugar drop far too low so that we are starving, maybe a little weak with hunger or all out  HANGRY.  You have to have the right foods in the pantry and fridge that are easy, accessible and filling.  Get out your pen and paper and make out your grocery list, or cut and paste this list, print and stick in your purse for your trip to the grocery!

If you missed the post introducing my Refresh & Reboot Program that begins on MONDAY, check out the Refresh & Reboot Page.

The inspiration for this grocery list is from Dr. Oz’s 10 Day Fat Loss Program.  I introduced this Program HERE and had great results and feedback.

Of course, there are lots of natural, whole, delicious foods out there that are not on this list.  ADD THEM!  This is your list!  I am offering encouragement and inspiration and reminding you to stay away from the processed crap.  But remember, I am NOT prescribing some diet for you or mandating you EAT or NOT eat any certain thing!

What’s on your list?  What would you like us all to add to the list?  Tell me what inspires you!

Happy Shopping!
