If you’ve been around this “non-blog blog” for a while you know I’m all about finding some joy and happiness in each day. I’ve learned that that’s the only way to get through this one life we have and make sure we enjoy and appreciate each day for the gift that it is. Not to get too sappy here, but it’s simply a lesson I’ve learned and I think is important enough to share.
So. . . . . . I’m pretty excited about a new campaign that I’m a part of through the I’m Fit Possible community. It’s called Happify. It has all sorts of activities to train your brain for finding happiness. There is actually scientific data out there about how to develop skills to find more peace of mind and motivation. Who knew?

Before jumping on board and deciding to share with you all I joined myself to see what it was all about. It’s a really cool idea and site. You can have it on your computer or on your phone and get a little inspiration every day. So, even when you have a ho hum day, you know, get up, get on with the same old routine, you can take a break and have something to make you smile, feel appreciative, laugh and feel some joy. How can that be so hard?
