Cabin Fever Workout

How’s it looking outside where you are?  I woke up this morning to big beautiful flakes falling.  It was just beautiful!  We had a huge crew of teenage boys sleeping all over our house, so after feeding the crew and closing up my kitchen (Whew!) I finally got in a workout.  I knew if I didn’t break a sweat I’d go bonkers.  I headed downstairs and after spending some time on the elliptical I came up with this Cabin Fever Workout.  I did it with weights and a kettlebell, but it’s good with only your bodyweight.  Use what you have on hand!  After a warm-up, do this three times through with no rest and end with a stretch.  I’ve now taken away your excuse not to break a sweat today!  Get some good music going and I promise you’ll feel more energized and ready for whatever the weather brings!

If you are looking for a little music inspiration, I’ve even given you what I listened to.

Let me know what you think!  Also, if you are wondering, Day 4 of the 21 Day Sugar Detox has been so much better than yesterday!  I have barely even thought about it!

How is your winter weather today?  Do you get cabin fever?  Or do you get right out there and sled with the best of them?  Are you over the snow and ice?  The constant weather coverage on every single TV station?  What’s you best cabin fever move?

Stay safe out there!  We’ve already had one icy driving incident and are down a car now!
Go Slow in the Snow!
