MY GO TO GREEN DRINK
In a blender put the following:
Handful of Ice
1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Fresh Pineapple
Handful of Kale, Spinach, Both or other Greens
About 1 Cup of Almond Milk. (Plain unsweetened or Vanilla)
This is quite delicious but you can also throw in other fruit or veggies that you may have on hand.
Can’t get any easier or healthier than that!
