I found a perfect way to have a great summer dinner tonight complete with fresh peas from the farmers market along with delicious ripe tomatoes. This is really easy, tender and sweet.
Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin
1 Pork Tenderloin
1 1/3 cup brown sugar
3 T olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 T Dijon Mustard
1 T garlic powder or more if you like
1/3 c of water
Drizzle olive oil in bottom of crock pot. Then mix all your ingredients together in the crock pot.
Place the tenderloin in the pot (single or we used two) and turn to cover with the marinade. Cook it on high for 3 – 4 hours.
Are you back in school? Almost there? Happy or sad?
