It’s so darn cold here I wanted something warm and in the crockpot since we were in and out last night. So I picked up two pork tenderloins, a bunch of broccolini and a jar of Stubb’s Moppin’ Sauce in the Bar-B-Q Baste flavor.
I put the tenderloins in the crockpot and covered with the jar of Moppin’ Sauce. It cooked all day. When ready, I shredded the tenderloins with a fork and served as sandwiches for the boys with roasted broccolini on the side. I did without the bread and loved the flavor.
I loved the Moppin’ Sauce because, unlike a lot of pre-made barbecue sauces, this does NOT have any added sugar. Oftentimes, sauces and condiments are a huge source of hidden sugar. So, for me, this is the perfect easy, pre-made marinade for a barbecue sandwich. Check out this sauce next time you want an easy dinner . . .
Have a Great Day Everyone!
(by the way, this is not a Sponsored Post. I discovered this all on my own)
Do you think the crockpot is just the greatest invention ever? Will it ever be Spring?
