At Home for the Holidays Workouts

While this is such a lovely break from our normal routines to relax, enjoy time with  family and, hopefully, a few days off of a normal work  routine, I think this is a perfect time to get a little exercise in at home.  If you sleep in and miss a class, it’s okay.  If you find a little extra time on your hands it’s the perfect time to do something new at home.  Your livingroom or bedroom make the perfect  place to get some movement in and break a little sweat.  I will be taking a few days off between Christmas and New Year’s so here are a few things we can all do to fight the inner “slug” from creeping in.
I’ve linked up the home workouts I have posted here throughout the year.  If you haven’t tried one, I hope you do!  Of course, the internet and UTube are also filled with great exercise instructors to get you  moving and motivated, also!  I used to love the free ExerciseTV videos on television, but that was dropped a few years ago, so we have to either rely on the internet or be creative!
