I’ve had a few technical difficulties on my site so I’m happy to be back up and running.  Last Friday I had a little “run through” of things I had seen or come across during the week.  I thought I would share the same type of thing today.

I’m not sure about where  you are but here in Atlanta we had the most beautiful, clear, sky blue days during the first few days of this week.  I snapped this photo one day at one of  my sons’ schools.  I think the sky was actually much bluer than the  photo depicts!  Those days made it really hard to stay inside and get anything done!

On the blog front, I ran across the following article by
Meredith Melnick, Fitness Editor, at the Huffington Post.  She writes about 30 Things she has discovered about health now that she has turned 30.  I’m not sure I was thinking about all of these issues when I turned 30.  Some of them I have just recently experienced and some are good reminders.

Here’s a Multitasking All Over Workout from Shape Magazine.  It includes some weight work combined with some yoga moves and some pretty creative combinations:

Need Halloween Costume Ideas?  Want them to be Fitness related?  Anything from Ryan Lochte to Richard Simmons is here:

My new favorite show is Nashville.  It covers all the things I love:  a little drama, Southern folks and country music.  Wednesday night is my new TV night. . .

Lastly, I’ve been going through old pictures this week and came across one of my favorite Pumpkin Pictures. And, yes, it is a son! And I’d forgotten about his favorite UGA outfit!

Hope you have a Fabulous Friday and Great Weekend!
