Yesterday I gave an interval workout for folks to try, put back for later or just completely ignore. No hurt feelings there! Today I have a new playlist to go with that workout. It’s all about the music sometimes! Give it a go. It’s one hour and three minutes of fun. It’ll get you going and help make it through the suicides and burpees.
I’ll be trying this one out in class tomorrow morning. Let’s see how it goes . . . Happy Thursday!
