Maybe a new workout we need to try?
I realized today that one year ago to this date was my first post on this site. Hmmmm. How does a year fly by so? I began this “non-blog” to have a format to answer questions, research information and give a little health and fitness information to anyone out there interested in reading. I’m not even sure I thought I would still be at it now! I initially called this a “non-blog” because I didn’t want it to get personal, filled with my day to day events, workouts, schedules and meals. However, some of my personal stuff has definitely creeped in – maybe that’s just the nature of it. I have really enjoyed writing, researching and making contact with folks. I’ve loved some of the opportunities this format has provided me, from product testing, reviews, giveaways and meeting new like-minded people. I have LOVED receiving the comments, some here, some by email and texts, and the tons on Facebook in response to posts. I appreciate the responses, whether good or bad. Hey . . . it means somebody out there is reading!!
