So, this is the Fit Tip: GET BACK OUT THERE! Get off the couch, put the junk food in the trash, eat some REAL FOOD, GET BACK TO YOUR RESOLUTIONS! GET BACK ON YOUR WAGON – whatever that wagon is! Keep that goal in front of you, fresh and ready to be met!
