How are you? Specifically, how are your thoughts on where you are? Are you thinking of a new beginning, finding a new routine in this Season on life? Whether you are tired of starting and re-starting a new program, whether it be some form of program for your wellness OR wellbeing, it’s not simply about following the rules or some cookie cutter plan. It IS all about you, your mindset, your priorities and how you look at all of these elements combined.
This is NOT a pre-fab, out of a box program. I want to help you create a wellness plan and lifestyle just for you.
I am not good at everything. But I am great at a couple of things. That is why I am not going to tell you I can help with ALL the things. But, if you are looking for a wellness coach to provide guidance in creating healthy habits geared to your own personal needs and wants, I’m good. OR, if you are feeling stuck, in a new season, looking to make some life changes, looking for some resilience to support all that life throws your way, I’m really good.
There is no perfect here. We can work together to create a healthier lifestyle by looking at your personal life and incorporate nutritious foods, exercise geared to your personality and goals and develop a healthier relationship with food, movement, your body and, most importantly, your thoughts.
If you are struggling with where you are now in your season of life, we will work toward finding your goals, your why, creating the changes you would like to see to move forward with purpose, resilience, and most importantly, joy.

HOW THIS WORKS
We schedule a phone chat so we can get to know each other. We want to make sure we’ll be good fits for each other. We’ll be spending lots of time together during our 8 weeks together.
We’ll discuss your life – any and everything you want to tell me. We will begin righ where you are now. What you are doing, eating, drinking, moving and thinking. How you spend your day and time. We want to look at what it’s like to live your life. Then we know how to best help you move forward.
Next, we go! We schedule our next call. Depending on your goals, our first session will be a deep dive into gathering information, learning, experiencing and then gaining action steps for the week.
Our weekly phone calls will continue. We will go over your week – your wins, losses, struggles, setbacks, tricks, you name it – the good, bad and ugly. We will dig deep into every aspect and use each week to build on the next. I will be your constant cheerleader, but also your coach. So, if it gets messy or dirty that’s part of the game. This is all about progress in your Real Life.
I will be available to you at all times between our scheduled calls. I’m yours for any question, encouragement, pep talk or tip on how to handle what comes your way. I’m here to guide you to the healthier options at any time. Simply call, text, email me any question about anything. NOTHING is too crazy or off-limits.
